WidsMob PDFEdit is an all-in-one PDF editor that allow you to read, create, convert, edit, review and secure PDF files with ease. It provides an efficient method to edit and manage the PDF files. Moreover, it also adds comments or even the digital signature to the PDF files.

Getting Started: Basic Editing Tips for WidsMob PDFEdit

Here you can learn how to manage PDF with the basic functions of the one-stop PDF editor. It covers steps to view, convert, edit, manage, protect, sign PDF file, and even add comments to PDF. You should read those basic operations about PDF editor process in advance. Please download and install WidsMob PDFEdit beforehand.

Go to the official website to download the latest version of PDFEdit. Double click on the installer after completed downloading, and follow the setup wizard to finish the installation.

Part 2: How to Register PDFEdit

1. Trial

When you download the software at the first time, it probably be a trial version with function limits.

2. Purchase

To activate the program into a licensed version, you may find the purchase button in the green box, and click it.

After purchasing, the licence key will be sent to your designated email address. (Kindly reminder, sometimes the email with license key may be filtered into spam folder.)

3. Activate

Run PDFEdit, click on activate, fill in the licence key in the pop-up window and click on registraton button in green box to activate it. The time limitation and evaluation mark could be removed after the program was activated successfully.

Part 3: How to Open PDF File

There are multiple ways to open PDF documents

1. Double click

After setting PDFEdit as default PDF viewer, double click on the PDF document to open it.

2. Drag the document into the program

Run PDFEdit, drag the PDF document to the program to open it.

3. Open PDF document in the program

Run PDFEdit, click on Open in the dropdown menu below File and choose the PDF document to open it.

Choose File-> Extend dropdown menu in the File option at the top left toolbar to open the PDF document.

Or use the shortcut Ctrl+ O to open the PDF documents.

Part 5: How to View PDF Files

1. Change view mode

Choose different view modes in the floating toolbar at bottom:

Including single page, facing, continuous, and continuous facing and some other view modes to meet different requirements.

2. Zoom page size

In the bottom floating toolbar, drag the page scaling scroll bar to adjust page zoom size or fill in the zoom size manually.

Or press Ctrl on the keyboard and wheel mouse at the same time to adjust the page zoom size.

Part 6: How to Create New PDF Files

Click on Create button in the toolbar at the top of the program. Choose Create PDFs option in the pop-up window, uncheck the option “Merge different files into one PDF file”, and click on the Create button to create different PDF files.

Part 7: How to Edit Text of PDF Files

Select the text to be edited and choose Edit option at the toolbar to run editing.

To add text, choose Add Text in the menu at right side, place the cursor before where you want to add text, and enter text.

Select the image to be edited, right click to choose Properties, then modify the image property in the pop-up window.

To add image,choose Add Image in the toolbar at right side, select the image in the pop-up window, and place where you want to add it.

Choose Pages menu in the toolbar at right side and click on Split PDF.

Set the Split options in the pop-up window, click on OK to split PDF.

Choose Pages menu in the toolbar at right side and click on Crop Page.

Part 16: How to Fill Form of PDF

If the document includes PDF form, the fillable form field will be highlighted in PDFEdit, click on the highlight field to fill in the information.

You can also click on Highlight Fields button to cancel the highlight.

Choose Comment menu in the toolbar at right side and click on Annotations or Drawing Markups to add comments.

Choose Protect menu in the toolbar at right side and click on Protection.

Set the Password options in the pop-up window, click on ok to add password.

Choose Sign menu in the toolbar at right side and click on Place Signature or Certify with Certificate.
