This is what WidsMob PhotoVault can do for you. Yes, you can hide sensitive pictures from others without your permission. Once you import photos to PhotoVault, the other third party programs cannot track those photos any more.

Actually, you can hide not only common pictures, but also RAW and GIF files. Thus, it is a good idea to transfer pictures from your digital camera to WidsMob PhotoVault. How to Set Up and Hide Pictures

Step 1: Enter the password

The moment you launch WidsMob PhotoVault, you will be notified to set up your password. Actually, it is the only key that you can access your hidden photos. So you had better write it down in your notebook in advance. Be aware that the password should be no less than 6 characters. Then choose “Done” to move on.

Step 2: Set the security level

Find and click WidsMob PhotoVault on the top left corner of your computer. Choose Preferences… from its drop-down menu. Locate the Security section. The default security level is Standard. Once you enter the correct password, you can manage all your hidden pictures directly.

If you want to hide some private pictures, you can switch to the High level. Consequently, every time you want to export or share those pictures, you need to enter the unlock password.

Step 3: Move pictures to a safe place

Once you launch WidsMob PhotoVault, you will be in the default Photos folder. You can click the + icon under Albums to add a new photo folder if necessary. Later, click Import on the top right corner of the window. Well, you can choose Import… from the top File menu to import pictures as well. Browse and choose photos from your local folder. Then click Open to confirm.

You will be notified whether to delete original photos. Choose Delete Photos to remove those encrypted images from the local folder permanently. In another word, you cannot find those pictures in the original folder since then.

How to Move Pictures to A Certain Folder Selectively

Step 1: Highlight your target photo in the main interface.

Step 2: Click the Star icon on the top right corner to move it to the Favorites folder.

Step 3: Choose Add to Favorites or Add to Album to move pictures to the desired folder.

How to Delete a Photo

Step 1: Choose your target photo.

Step 2: Click the Trash icon on the top right corner of WidsMob PhotoVault.

Step 3: Choose Delete from the Edit drop-down menu. (optional)

Step 4: Click Delete Photo to remove the selected picture permanently.

Note: If you delete a picture in the Photos folder, then its duplicates will be erased simultaneously. To be more specific, the Photos folder is the home of all WidsMob PhotoVault images.

How to Change a New Password

Step 1: Choose Preferences… from the WidsMob PhotoVault list.

Step 2: Click Change Password… in the Account section.

Step 3: Enter the correct old password and new password in order.

Step 4: Choose Change Password to confirm your change.

How to Browse Photos in a Slideshow

Step 1: Locate the folder that contained pictures you need.

Step 2: Click View on the top menu bar.

Step 3: Choose Play Slideshow from its drop-down list.

Step 4: Use Esc or other keys on your keyboard to control the slideshow.

How to Adjust Slideshow Speed

Step 1: Locate the Preferences window.

Step 2: Choose the General option.

Step 3: Uncheck or keep the Loop feature.

Step 4: Adjust the Duration to 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2 or 2.5 second manually.

How to Hide All Photos Quickly

Step 1: Choose WidsMob PhotoVault followed by Preferences….

Step 2: Locate the Security window.

Step 3: Check Lock screen on PhotoVault hidden and Lock screen on PhotoVault minimized based on your need.

Note: Consequently, you can click the Minimize icon to lock those photos immediately. When you want to hide your current viewing picture, you can also click the Lock icon on the top right corner. Well, it is also supported to choose Lock from the Windows drop-down menu on the top.

How to Email Photos to Others

Step 1: Highlight pictures selectively or choose Select All from the Edit menu.

Step 2: Click the Email icon near the top right corner.

Step 3: Head to the email page to complete the process.

How to Export Your Selected Photos

Step 1: Use the mouse to choose photos you need.

Step 2: Set the destination folder.

Step 3: Click New Folder to set a new output folder if necessary. (optional)

Step 4: Choose Open to finish the process.
