Step 5: Click on the OK button to confirm adding a hyperlink to the PDF. Then go to the File menu, click Export, and then hit Create PDF/XPS. Navigate to a specific folder to save the PDF document, name the file and click the Publish button. Word will save the file as a new PDF document.
